Hey, Cardinals! We are putting out the sign-up form for our 1st week of meal pick-ups early to get a count! If they are registered, then children do not need to be present at pick-up. All children 18 and under are welcome to receive meals! They do not need to be students of the Steelville School District.
Please use this form to sign up! https://forms.gle/Wi5sZJvfjz1zxZL36
There will be a very limited number of extra meal kits available, first come first serve. Children MUST be present at pick-up if they are not registered on the Google Form by 6/9/2025.

For their final project, Art I-III students completed self portraits. With the time crunch of the end of the year, SHS artists didn’t have quite as much time to work on them as they did other projects, but some pretty amazing results still came from students growing familiar with human facial proportions and deepening their observational drawing skills! Featured self portraits here are by Audrey King, Bella Leasor, Peighton Frazier, Daniel Madrigal, and Keira Frazier. ✨

We are excited to support our community by providing FREE meals to all children 18 and under this summer through the Summer Food Service Program (SFSP)—no enrollment in Steelville schools required! There are no income requirements, and we need to claim a minimum number of meals to be able to continue the program, so we need as many children participating as possible!

During summer school, free meals will be served to all students Tuesdays through Fridays.
🥪 Grab ‘N Go Weekly Meal Bags (June 16 – August 11)

This year, SMS students had the chance to join crochet camp. There were a few students that knew how to crochet and some beginners that learned to create a chain, magic ring, single crochet, double crochet, and how to increase. Miss Wibbenmeyer is so proud of how much these students learned and grew.
